More Uramaki

I actually got some roe today so I can make the more traditional Uramaki. The California roll was created because Americans did not like seeing and chewing the seaweed on the outside of the roll. I got some fish eggs (Tabiko) at the Japanese market on Main street. Also, I finally got myself a makisu for shaping sushi!


  1. Minus the fish eggs that doesn't sound too bad. I love almost anything if it has avacado in it!
